Event Policies/Covid 2022
Covid Policies & Restrictions:
Please know your health and safety is our absolute highest concern.
Covid restrictions, mandates and guidelines are a constantly changing thing. Many people have been vaccinated, vaccines are readily available. As the Bash gets closer we post our policies, we feel waiting to post the policy is the best way to go so that it most closely follows the currant CDC guidelines.
Refunds
- We work very hard to plan an amazing event at the best price, every penny is accounted for and budgeted for the event. I’m sorry but we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. BUT you can use the amount paid as a credit for the next scheduled Brie’s Pop-Up Party, your credit is good for 1 year. To carry a credit you must contact Brie’s Pop-Up Party by May 2, 2022 via email to briespopupparty@gmail.com
- Your Bash Pass may also be eligible to be transferred. As long as you didn’t purchase during the Super Early Bird deeply discounted sale (So if you paid $179. per Bash Pass or more you can transfer it)
- All deferments and transfers MUST be requested by email to briespoupparty@gmail.com NO LATER THAN MAY 2, 2022 NO EXCEPTIONS
- 2020 Bash Pass holders
We made an exception to our policy of no refunds due to Covid, when we we forced to cancel our July event we planned a Halloween event at that time we offered a full refund or transfer to Halloween event or 2021 events. We offered a 2 month window to notify us of your wishes (March 17, 2020 – May 17, 2020), Failure to notify does not mean all is forfeited, we will carry your 2020 Bash Pass to 2021. Please contact us no later than 30 days prier to the event to let us know you would like to use your 2020 Bash Pass. ALL DEFERMENTS MUST BE USED BY JULY 2022 AND WILL BE APPLIED TO A SIMILAR BASH PASS. - NOTE: If you purchased a Bash Pass before October 2021 then that would have been for a Bash that did not have a banquet planned so Bash Passes transferred to future Bash would not include a Banquet. You can however add a Banquet at our actual cost ($76.37) and you do that at Bash Check-in.
