We chose Marilyn's for the first night because for one it's a favorite of many Bash attendees as well as the prices are good and it's on property so it's very convenient. Speed Meet & Greet
This is super fun and a great way to meet other bashers and make new friends. It works very much like speed dating where one size of the table stays put and the other mover over one space. You'll have limited time to say hello and ask questions or even make plans to hang out later so plan some questions or just roll with it, whatever fits your personality.

We've all spent time studying size charts, trying to figure out which size to order. We cant make sure the charts are good, but what we can do is help you get your correct measurements. so that it improves your odds. Janelle from LoveYourPeaches.com has been a designer pattern maker for 30 years now. She will walk you through the steps to getting the numbers you need. First 10 people get a free extra long measuring tape.

Fashion Show & Lets Make a Big Fat Deal
Fashion, Fun and Prizes!!! Hosted by Nicole Arriaza We are going all out for this event with our gorgeous models (all Bash attendees) showing off many of the beautiful items the vendors have to offer. DJ Harry A will be spinning and in between items modeled we'll be playing our famous game of Let's Make a Big Fat Deal. How is this played you ask? So you know how at the end of the show Let's Make a Deal the host goes into the audience and asks for common items. They may say something like, if you have a spool of thread I'll give you X number of dollars but if you have any color other than black or white I'll double it. That's kinda what we do, so pack a tote bag, fill your pockets with everyday items you may have with you when you travel like a comb or toothpaste. For every item you have you'll get a ticket. Oh and you can earn tickets by telling a joke and or embarrassing true story about yourself, heck maybe even sing a song or show off some dance moves. So you can see there's many ways to completely humiliate yourself AND win tickets. This is where it gets good, after all the tickets have been given out we'll start drawing the tickets and you can win some vendor Gift Certificates and other great prizes.

Vintage Vegas Club Night
I'm Brie and I'll be your host for tonight, please help me celebrate 30 years of hosting size acceptance events. When I started this back in 1992 there were only 2 other groups in the world doing anything like this at all, I have the honor of being the third. We got tons of media attention with everything from local news channels, to national news stations, newspapers, magazines and talk shows all wanting to know about these events. We have the luxury now of being spoiled with so many events all over, I love seeing how our community has grown, I'm proud of my small contribution to it. So please come out and dance and have an amazing time, it's what keeps me motivated to continue to host events.
