We circled the Red Rock Room. The easiest way to find it is when you’re standing in front of and looking straight ahead at BINGO, go to your right and keep walking, it bends and turns but you’ll eventually come to the Red Rock Room.

Bash Check In

We’ll have a designated hall for some good old fashioned Trick or Treating. So be sure to have a plastic pumpkin or a pillowcase just like when we were kids, I’m sure you’ll get some really great loot.

Hall Crawl
Time: 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm
The Crawl is one of our most popular events. This is where our Bashers entertain us, you’ve heard of a Bar Crawl, well this is similar. We go room party hopping, each room will have a different theme cocktail and munchie and entertainment. Careful and pace yourself, these parties are crazy fun.
NOTE: You must have your wristband from Bash Checkin to go to the Hall Crawl

Wear black or Blue or Black and Blue to this kickoff party. The DJ will keep us on the dance floor. I can’t wait to see what great outfit you come up with.

BINGO
Time:10:30 am
Get ready to yell BINGO!!!! A Blue BINGO Pack and Dauber are included with your Bash Registration, you can win up to $1000.00 CASH!!!!!! This event is super popular, don’t worry if you’ve never played BINGO at a casino before, we’ll teach you all you need to know.
NOTE: You must have your wristband from Bash Checkin to play. Bash check in opens at 10:00 am in the Red Rock Room
Be sure to be on time for this event, BINGO waits for nobody LOL The casino starts calling the game right on time so you need to be ready, late comers will be shutout.

New/Like New Clothing Sale
Time: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
We’ve done quite a few clothing Swaps so this time around we are changing it up a bit.
For a donation of $50. to go to a women’s shelter, you can sell as many items as you like, you set the price, so be sure every item it ticketed with the price, sorted by size, neatly folded on a table or hung on a rack. Messy pile of items will not be allowed.
We are limited to 8 sales spots, so first come, first served. (Your spot donation must be paid in full to be reserved. I’m sorry but we can not make any exceptions)
You can sell, clothing, jewelry, accessories and shoes.
Sale starts at noon but you can set up from10:00 am – noon. You must be ready to sell at noon.
You can share a spot with a friend but keep in mind you get one 6 foot table and space for 1 rack (10’X10′ area)
Shoppers be sure to bring cash, some may take alternate payment methods but cash is king

Speed Meet and Greet

Speed Meet and Greet works very much the way Speed Dating does but you’re meeting friends, both men and women. I’ve met some of my very best friends at Bash and can’t imagine my life without them.
This is a very popular event and so fun.
Creating the Perfect Brow
Time: 1:30 pm
Do you know how to create the most perfect eyebrow, the right shape, thickness, color and arch? Ya, me either lol BUT the good news is Tifani our makeup extortioner is here to show us all the tips and tricks.
So bring all your makeup and a mirror and learn from a pro.

Belly Dancing to non-traditional music
Time: 3:00 pm
Belly Dancing with Janelle will be an experience of movement, learning, fitness and fun. Janelle is an old friend so I was able to twist her arm to do this workshop although she stipulated that I tell you she’s no pro. She is however a great sharer of knowledge and movement. This class will have you loving your body, moving it in new ways and all while having fun.
This class is taught for all fitness levels so bring your beautiful body and enjoy.
We’ve done this class before so we’ll catch up the newbies as well as add more moves to have you moving and shimmying like a pro.

This is a self pay event, meet at the entrance at 6:00 when the group is all there check in with Frida’s host and ask for a table.

This is our Spooktacular costume event of the Bash, it’s your night to really do it up big, after all it Halloween in Vegas.
The possibilities are endless, we can’t wait to see those amazing costumes.

This is the place to shop for products especially for us, everything from clothing to jewelry to furniture. They are all small businesses with all the things we want and love. Let’s show them our love and shop BBW

Super Size Goddesses
Time: 1:00 pm
Super Size Goddesses workshop is for any woman that identifies as supersize, we don’t set a standard of size. So come and talk about all the amazing things of being supersize as well as some of the challenges. This has always been a popular workshop, it’s done roundtable style and always get very raw and moving. I’ve never walked away from this event the same, it always touches my heart.

Let’s Make a Big Fat Deal
Time: 2:00 pm
We’ve all seen the show and all of it’s antics, my favorite part is always the end of the show when the host walks through the audience asking for odd items. For instance he’d say “If you have a needle and thread in your purse I’ll give you $50. and if the thread is any other color than black or white I’ll make it $100.” The way we play is by calling out random items and if you have them then you get raffle tickets, sometimes one ticket sometimes many, depending how common the item is. So before this event you want to stuff your pockets, purses and tote bags with things like hotel shampoo, luggage tags and mints etc. All items called will be typical things you travel with. You can also earn tickets by telling a joke, singing a limerick or dancing, Have those phones ready because you’ll be taking pics of the insanity LOL

The Angry Butcher has a great menu and the food is to die for.
This is a self pay event
Please the location change for this event. Due to local mandates the Angry Butcher requires reservations and an exact number of people attending so we had to come up with number, we decided on 8. It’s possible they can add more people but no guarantee so please be prompt to be part of the 8
(The Angry Butcher does not split checks so it’s best to bring cash to make it easier to pay.)

Speakeasy/Roaring 20s Club Night
Time: 10:00 pm – 2:00 am
Think back to the Great Gatsby, Flappers, Bonnie and Clyde and other gangsters of their time, you get the picture.
We’re taking you back to the time of prohibition, when it was illegal to drink so Speakeasies were popping up in very secretive locations. You’d approach the big heavy doors with a sliding metal eye opening and a bouncer on the other side asking “What’s the password” and you had to know the password to get in to these exclusive illicit and illegal clubs.
This is your night to shine so wear your finest and get ready for a rip roaring good time.

* The Dinner Club is a fun way to meet new people and make friends. We have many that travel to Bash alone, so attending group dinners just adds to your experience. If you plan to attend the Dinner Club events be sure to be on time, so that you can be seated with the group. It’s also easiest to bring cash for splitting checks and tips. Not all venues will give a separate check to each.
Please understand we are working as fast as we can to add more events but with current Covid restrictions it’s taking longer to get confirmations as restrictions are changing.
So check the schedule often.
